Kelly Garrett – Wedding Ceremony First Presbyterian Church

Fort Worth, Texas

Kelly & Garrett are married! These two met through mutual friends and were inseparable from their first meeting. One night out led to spending most of the weekend together followed by their first official date the next weekend. 2 years later they are married and it was a fabulous day! Summer heat, cooled by some unexpected storms and so many beautiful moments.

Their wedding ceremony was rooted in tradition and family – They said I do in Kelly’s home church. At their sides they choose to have siblings in the wedding party as well as their closest friends. They spent quality time with their wedding party and family pre – ceremony, really soaking the day in and enjoying the process.

Shout out to all the vendors that took care of the little details so Kelly and Garrett could enjoy the day!

Jacy & Bobby – Wedding Ceremony at BRIK The Venue

Fort Worth, Texas

Jacy & Bobby are full of so much joy! I just adored working with them because my face hurt from all the smiling, my eye makeup was all messed up from so many tears and I got SO many hugs from the groom! Emotion is my favorite thing to capture and Jacy & Bobby gave it all to me! They were high school sweethearts and are finally saying I Do after waiting forever! We spent their entire day at BRIK here in Fort Worth. I love this venue for its gorgeous getting ready room, awesome outdoor spaces and yummy light!

Congrats Jacy & Bobby!!

Haley & Bryce – Wedding at Dove Ridge Vineyard

Haley & Bryce met at work so they spend most of their days together. When they are together they love to run, travel, spend time at church and learn new things! I love their proposal story:

“We traveled quite a bit during our two years of dating. I had been expecting Bryce to propose for several months on a few trips. Bryce finally popped the question at the Kimball on my birthday when I least expected it. It was perfect and so thoughtful! Bryce is an Architect, and I am an Interior Designer, so we share a love for art and architecture and Fort Worth. He chose to propose on a bench by the reflecting pool at the Kimball so that we can return to our proposal location for many years to come. Bryce had told me earlier in the week he was still working on the ring – so I thought we were just celebrating my birthday. Bryce took me to the bench to open my “birthday present”. He first gave me a book compiled of several small watercolors from each of our trips – starting with the 5K run in Dallas, and ending at the Kimball. I was just elated with how thoughtful the book was – and to my surprise, he got down on one knee and proposed! He even hired a friend of his to take photos while it all happened. We met his family at a surprise dinner at Reata immediately after to celebrate. It was perfect and I can still feel the joy and excitement of that special day!”

Their wedding day was a continuation of their relationship, putting the Lord at the center and being surrounded by friends and family. Thank you to all the wedding professionals that made this day perfect despite crazy storms then perfect blue skies!

Chelsea & Jacob – Wedding Ceremony at Robert Carr ChapelFort Worth, Texas

I am so excited to finally share Chelsea & Jacob’s wedding.  This one has been years in the making and it was so perfect!  From the moment we started photography at Fort Worth Club until the confetti farewell it was a fun and exciting day. Chelsea was gorgeous in her classic lined gown from Stardust Celebrations – this dress was made for her! It was like every seam perfectly accentuated her body and the back of it was stunning!  Jacob and the guys cut up outside before the ceremony and were so easy going.  After the wedding we had gorgeous light for some romantic portraits inside and outside of the Robert Carr Chapel.

Brittany & Tommy – Wedding Ceremony at Robert Carr ChapelGetting Ready at Fort Worth Club

Brittany and Tommy are married!  Their wedding day was so fun and I am so excited for them.  They have been together 7 years and finally got to say I Do on TCU’s campus where they first met.  I LOVE their story told in Tommy’s own words:

“We met during our Freshman year of college at TCU through mutual friends right before Halloween. Brittany was hanging with a fellow sorority sister who I had befriended early on. We met in one of my best friend’s dorm rooms and our plan was to go to a Halloween store so that I could pick out my mandated Halloween outfit, Super Women (It’s a long story). It turned out to be a great night with many laughs that started a bond between us.
Fast Forward to a few months later when Brittany finally let me take her on a date and we have been together ever since. To answer the question, I’d say we have been dating about 7 years and they have been the best 7 years of my life.” – Tommy

Isn’t that the sweetest?!?  I am pretty sure they are going to have so many best years ahead of them!  Thanks to everyone who made their wedding day a success:

Caroline & Max – Ceremony at St Stephen Presbyterian ChurchFort Worth, Texas

This wedding was one to remember – so fun, loving, sweet and perfect!  Max is the brother of one of my past brides so when they called about their upcoming wedding I was thrilled to be part of their big day.  Caroline wanted a wedding that was nonstop fun, full of creative details and ultimately a great party for their guests.  With Tami Winn’s help she definitely got exactly what she wanted!  We met up with the couple at The Fort Worth Club & The Renaissance Worthington Hotel for preparation photos before heading to the church for the ceremony.  At the church Caroline had a sweet reveal with her Daddy in the courtyard.  He was so excited about his custom football helmet – Caroline is a great gift giver!  I loved the eclectic but pulled together look the bridesmaids wore – several patterns and colors were chosen that  made the girls have a dynamic look to match their dynamic personalities!  During the ceremony I had the best view in the church as I watched these two exchange vows, smile at one another and say I DO!  Congrats Caroline & Max!

Chandler & Obie – Wedding Ceremony at Robert Carr ChapelTCU Campus, Fort Worth

Chandler & Obie are so super sweet, I can’t count how many hugs I received at their wedding because there was so many.  They are great people and they are super in love so that makes this photographer very happy.  Chandler wanted a traditional and elegant wedding with beautiful flowers and I think she nailed it!  We met up with the couple at The Fort Worth Club for some preparation photos before heading to the TCU Campus.  Chandler’s bridesmaids wore shades of pink and lavender and I loved how unique each girl was – these pastel hues went perfectly with the lush floral by Something Pretty Floral.  When Chandler walked down the aisle, on the arm of her Dad, Obie cried and was elated to see his bride.  They are completely perfect together.

Thanks to the vendor team for all your hard work and making Chandler & Obie’s wedding dreams a reality:

Caroline & Rob – Wedding Ceremony at Holy Trinity Catholic ChurchDallas, Texas

Caroline & Rob are married!  They may have gotten hitched on a misty gray day but we made the best of it and had a perfect wedding experience with them. We kicked off their wedding in a suite at The Four Seasons where Grand Slam Glam helped make everyone’s wedding day look weather proof!  Then off to the church for their wedding at Holy Trinity – their ceremony was so sweet – they had 2 priests preside over their ceremony.  Each one connected to Caroline and Rob as well as their families.  That connection made the ceremony more customized to them as a couple and it was full of emotion, glances, smiles and a little laughter. Katherine & Ben – Wedding Ceremony at Christ ChapelFort Worth, Texas

Katherine & Ben are married!  I had such a fabulous time with this couple and their families and friends.  One of the best parts of my job is seeing past clients at weddings and we had a few of our past couples and some parents at this one – so nice to catch up and see their smiling faces.

We kicked off their day getting ready at Fort Worth Club.  You know it’s a good wedding when I am crying behind my camera before the ceremony even begins.  I LOVE Katherine’s Grandma, when she walked in to see her granddaughter it was one of the sweetest moments ever!  To see 3 generations together just connecting with joy about the day that was about to unfold was priceless.  Katherine wanted to have a special moment with her Daddy before heading to the church so we did a reveal in the gorgeous mirrored hallway at the club.

Katherine and Ben wanted their faith and focus on Christ to be apparent in their marriage and the ceremony.  The ceremony at Christ Chapel was beautiful and Ben totally made me cry a second time when Katherine walked down the aisle.  Ben was overwhelmed seeing his beautiful wife – I caught him wiping his tears before taking her arm.  During the ceremony Katherine’s sister sang a special song while the couple shared their first communion as husband and wife.

Thank you to everyone who made this emotionally charged wedding beautiful:
