Your wedding weekend is filled with once-in-a-lifetime moments that extend far beyond the ceremony—and Brenna and Blair’s celebration at Hotel Drover was the perfect example of why rehearsal dinner and welcome party coverage is so valuable.
The weekend kicked off with an elegant rehearsal dinner inside The Barn at Hotel Drover, where close family and friends shared heartfelt toasts and anticipation filled the room. After dinner, the energy shifted into full-on celebration mode as the couple welcomed all their guests to a Texas-style welcome party under the stars.
Guests mingled in the outdoor tent space, enjoyed live music from Prophets & Outlaws, and even created custom leather luggage tags—an interactive and personal touch. The evening felt relaxed, joyful, and deeply connected, and we were honored to be there to preserve every moment.
As a photographer, these pre-wedding events are incredibly meaningful to capture. They tell the full story of your weekend, showcase interactions between families and friends, and often include emotional speeches, fun fashion moments, and thoughtful details that don’t happen again.
Your wedding day may be the main event—but the welcome party is the first impression. Don’t miss the chance to document it beautifully.
