Brooke & Kyle – Engagement Session at The Woman’s Club of Fort Worth & Kimbell Art Museum

Engagement

Fort Worth, Texas

Brooke & Kyle are a sweet story of perfect timing.  Although they knew each other in college at Texas Christian University it took several years for things to align and for them to end up on their first date at a Dallas Stars Game.  Now they are engaged and getting married next Spring!  After a few years of dating Brooke knew a proposal was coming but Kyle completely tricked her and it came when she least expected it.  With a little lie about an article and interview he needed to complete for work at TCU he dragged Brooke to the campus so he wouldn’t have to be alone.  Little did she know that awaiting them was a photographer friend of mine and he dropped to one knee and said: “Brookie, I love you so much and you’re the only person I want to spend my life with. Will you be my frog fan forever?”  So incredibly sweet!

For their engagement session we spent time in the gardens of the Fort Worth Woman’s Club – they have beautiful grounds and architecture.  It’s a perfect spot for a sophisticated engagement session or bridal portrait.  Then Brooke & Kyle picked up their furry friend – Griz – and he joined us for photos (and a swim) at the Kimbell Art Musem before  a few last shots at the famous FW Stockyards sign. Can’t wait for this wedding next year!
