Selecting a Location With History for your Engagement session

PRIVATE RANCH ENGAGEMENT SESSION

When it comes time to select a location for your engagement portraits your best bet will always be a place that has emotional weight to your lives and story. A field is just a field but when it is a place that has been in your family for generations it becomes far more. It is now about heirlooms and history and the future you have as a married couple. For Elizabeth & Hudson it was a simple choice to head out to her family land overlooking the Brazos River. The majority of this session took place in a 200 ft radius where we took advantage of every view point and angle. Each one important not only for the views but for all the days ahead that these two will walk this very land with their pups and one day children.

Before picking the most popular spots in town let’s hop on a call and talk through your stories, families and history to select locations that will add to your wedding story.
