Macy’s wedding day began in the most relaxing way possible, tucked inside Canyon Ranch Spa before heading upstairs to her suite at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth. Calm. Intentional. Joyful anticipation. Once in the suite, she slipped into her gown surrounded by her favorite girls, the energy building in the best way.
Their first look took place in the art hallway at The Crescent, one of my favorite spots in the hotel. Modern. Clean. Full of texture. The moment Aiden turned around and saw Macy, everything else faded away. Having that first look allowed us to complete nearly all of their formal portraits before the ceremony, giving them freedom later to simply be present.
From there, we traveled to Texas Christian University for their ceremony at Robert Carr Chapel. The chapel never disappoints. Classic architecture, beautiful light, and a sacred stillness that makes each vow feel weighty and timeless.
Then it was back to The Crescent for a celebration that was both elegant and wildly fun. Macy and her planner surprised Aiden with a TCU themed lounge area, a nod to his love for the Horned Frogs. It was personal, thoughtful, and such a hit with their guests.
The new atrium at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth has completely transformed the event spaces, adding light and architectural beauty that elevated the entire evening. They danced, laughed, and lingered with friends well into the night before slipping away to begin their honeymoon in California.
A perfect beginning to their next adventure.
