Some weddings have a party that starts early and never lets up — and Diana and Walker’s day at Hotel Drover was exactly that kind of celebration. The fun kicked off during getting ready and simply never stopped. Surrounded by a lively group of friends and the most joyful family, this couple wore smiles that were downright contagious from the very first frame.
After a first look in the hotel gardens, we wandered off to explore the property for romantic portraits, and the two of them shared private vows in a quiet moment all their own — the sweet, still center of an otherwise high-energy day.
Back with their guests, the celebration ramped right back up. Everyone was greeted by a violinist and a beautiful display of beverages before the golden-hour ceremony out on the Drover lawn, where the light could not have been more perfect.
Cocktail hour leaned all the way into that western Fort Worth spirit. A mariachi band played while guests lined up for a photo op with a longhorn — because when you’re at Hotel Drover, why not?
Then the barn doors opened, and as Diana and Walker walked in, the party truly kicked into high gear. Their first dance on a checkered dance floor set the tone, and the energy never dipped. Later, Diana slipped into a party dress — a shortened version of her mother’s wedding gown, which made it all the more meaningful — and danced the night away.
They sent the night off in style with a bubble-filled exit, capping a day that was equal parts heartfelt and downright fun. Congratulations, Diana and Walker — thank you for letting us be part of such a joyful celebration!
