The night before a wedding is one of my favorite ones to photograph — everyone’s excited, a little relaxed, and finally in the same room together. Anna and Cole gathered their favorite people at Atico, the rooftop spot in downtown Fort Worth, for a rehearsal dinner that felt more like a really good party with the best guest list.
The food was the kind you keep going back for — a spread of elevated, top-of-its-style bites set out so everyone could graze, refill their plates, and keep the conversation going. And that’s exactly what happened: old friends and family drifting between tables and catching up on years in a matter of minutes, laughing like no time had passed at all.
There were sweet gifts passed around and heartfelt toasts raised — the kind that make you laugh and reach for a napkin in the same breath. Up on the rooftop with the Fort Worth skyline behind them, you could feel just how loved these two are and how ready everyone was to watch them marry the next day.
Anna and Cole, thank you for letting me photograph the whole lead-up. This night set the tone for everything that came after, and I loved every minute of it.
