Leigh & Evan – Wedding Ceremony at First United Methodist DowntownFort Worth, Texas

This day was so beautiful and full of tons of emotional moments.  As we arrived at the club the ladies were playing games and the guys were enjoying the newly renovated bar area at the Fort Worth Club on the 11th floor.  As Leigh was helped into her gown by her Mom and sister and bridesmaids and house party eagerly awaited the reveal of her gown…when she came out everyone squealed and clapped!  Leigh was surely stunning in her gown with an illusion back, lace detailing and plunging illusion neckline.  This dress was made for her!!!  The drama didn’t stop with that reveal – it was the first of THREE!  Next up Dad was just smiling and happy to see his gorgeous daughter.  (to see her First Look with Evan, the groom, check out the blog post dedicated to it.)  Leigh and Evan had prepared the most thoughtful gift for her parents – a weekend getaway after all the stress and planning of a wedding!  Mom was shocked and I was totally crying!

At ceremony time as the doors opened and everyone stood for Leigh to enter the church, Evan was flooded with emotion.  First look’s are special but they don’t take away from that special moment.  When he saw his bride arm in arm with her Dad he cried!  It was precious!  Watching these two from the balcony I had the best view in the house as they whispered to each other and smiled during their vows.  Then – they were married!  Congrats Leigh and Evan and I can’t wait to share your killer party pics!

Rachel & Lee – Wedding at First United Methodist Church, Rehearsal at The Fort Worth Zoo Gallery and Bridal Portraits

Rachel and Lee had a fabulous wedding at First United Methodist Church in downtown Fort Worth where Rachel has been attending church all her life.  It was a perfect day with lots of fun and laughter and a couple that I truly love.  I joined them the night before their wedding for their rehearsal at the Fort Worth Zoo Gallery.  Lee’s Mother pulled together a beautiful event with tropical flowers like birds of paradise in the arrangements.  On the wedding day I met up with Rachel and her bridesmaids at The Ridglea Country Club before heading over to her church.  We photographed Rachel’s bridal portraits at the church and a private residence a few months ago and I am so excited to finally be able to share them.  Her girls made me laugh and I loved how Lee looked towards his best man right before Rachel walked down the aisle.  Lee smiled as he shook his Father in Law’s hand and accepted his bride and Rachel beamed at him during the vows.  It was pretty amazing!  Check back tomorrow for their very energetic reception!

Morgan {Bridal Portraits} Fort Worth Club and First United Methodist Church

Morgan was such a fun bride to work with!  She is one of the sweetest people and every time I talk to her she just makes me happy!  I had a blast photographing  her bridals at Fort Worth Club and First United Methodist Church.  Her asymmetrical Vera Wang gown was super cool, its flouncy layers were so delicate and structured all at the same time.  Of course you can never go wrong with a Vera.  Deep red bouquet by Tami Win of Le Fleur Couture.  To see more of Morgans photos from her wedding and engagement see HERE.
