Celebration de Lamour – A French Picnic styled photo shoot with Tami Winn Events and Brides of North Texas Magazine

SS14_BONT_Tabletop_TamiWinn_01_1This tabletop shoot was one to remember!  I love when planners and designers think outside the box and Tami Winn definitely did with this French inspired picnic. The low ground level tables surrounded by posh pillows were so inviting.  I adored the bold striped linens, the classic gold and pops of pink.  Treats were provided by the Four Seasons Resort with a ruffled cake by Creme de la Creme.  This sweet picnic took place with one of my real couples, Kristy & Jared, at the Four Seasons in Dallas Spa Poll Deck.  This pocket of pretty green grass, surrounded by trees created a haven for our set and lovely couple.  To add to the outdoor vibe we were joined by a little frenchie, a french bulldog that is, Bruiser.  Bruiser is the pup of one Dallas’ best DJ’s, Glenn Roush.  Thanks to all the vendors who took part in this photo shoot and check it out in the pages of Brides of North Texas Magazine!

Kelly & Aaron – Wedding and Reception, Trophy Club Golf Club

Kelly and Aaron had a romantic wedding day at Most Blessed Sacrament in Arlington with a reception at the Trophy Club Country Club.  I so enjoyed there day as it was full of emotion.  These two really connected with their guests and family.  Toasts were full of laughter and tears and the day was super charged with joy.   It was so perfect and we felt so lucky to be a part of it.  Kelly wore a beautiful gown from De Ma Fille Bridal Boutique in Fort Worth.  These two had some awesome cakes, including an army helicopter cake from Creme de la Creme.  Check out some more of their day here, in their highlights slide show.

Melanie Jane & Dave – Wedding at Robert Carr Chapel and Preperations & Details at Fort Worth Club

One of my favorite photos from their day, a private moment in the limo after the ceremony on the way to their reception.  I ADORE Melanie Jane’s laugh.

Melanie Jane & Dave’s wedding day was phenomenal.  Today I will be sharing the precious moments of their preparations, ceremony and some of their beautiful details.  Tomorrow be on the lookout for their slide show with my favorite images that completely tell the story of their wedding day as well as their first look, romantic portraits and reception.

We met up at their reception location, The Fort Worth Club, for preparations with Melanie Jane.  The light was perfect as her hair and make up team helped with her bridal transformation.  After she shimmied into her dress we were on to Robert Carr Chapel for her ceremony.  Her wedding was made beautiful by their vendor line up including:

De Ma Fille – Bridesmaid attire

Love Notes – Ceremony Minister

The Fort Worth Club provides the most perfect backdrop for getting ready.  Great rooms with the best light.

Melanie Jane’s Dad sneaking a peak at his daughter, the bride.

People that laugh and have fun make me happy.  Melanie Jane makes me happy.

Love this cute moment between sisters.

Dave greeting his Mom.

Checking out the ring before the ceremony.

So many laughs during the ceremony.  Love Notes ministers always do such a great job!

Private little moment in front of 100’s of eyes after the unity candle lighting.

After their kiss Melanie Jane turned to her sister and bridesmaids with a very excited expression!

A little flower toast with the girls post ceremony.

 Those silly girls.

I gave the boys free reign and this is what I got, ridiculous sitting photo.

Morgan & Walt {Married} Robert Carr Chapel & The Colonial Country Club

Morgan and Walt were married on March 19th at Robert Carr Chapel with a beautiful reception at The Colonial Country Club.  You can’t go wrong with two such amazing venues and Morgan lined up an unbeatable team of vendors.  Morgan purchased her gown at De Ma Fille in Fort Worth while she found her bridesmaids dresses at Bella Bridesmaid.  Her classic white bouquet and colorful floral was provided by Lexa’s of Fort Worth.  The reception was fueled by the music of Pardi Gras and delicious cakes by Creme de la Creme (brides cake) & The Cake Guys (grooms cake.)  Our favorite video team joined us for the ceremony, Turquoise Productions, and Romantic Remembrances provided classic transportation at the end of the night.

Their wedding day was all about the moments and I have to say I was SO happy with the little things I captured from Walt’s nervous wave to me before entering the chapel while behind the screen Morgan and her Daddy held hands and had a laugh.  It was a day that brought a smile to my face.  Enjoy!

Morgan hugging on her brother Reid

Morgan teaches Pilates so this impromptu pose while getting into her dress was oh so appropriate.

I adored my Grandfather so this intimate moment made my heart melt.

Walt was excited to be marrying his bride.  Smiling at her Dad and then giving me a quick wave right before the ceremony.

Morgan and her Daddy, love these types of moments.  Every girl needs alone time with her Dad before she gets married.

Hey, Dad….you didn’t fall!  He kept saying that was his only worry about the day.  Dad did good giving his daughter away.

A kiss is one way to celebrate, a better way is a good high five!

Allot of the men above are involved in the big world of football….love the football references on the left.

First dance and some killer light.   Ahhh.

Monica and Steven are another one of my couples getting married in June!

Morgan {Model Bride} Robert Carr Chapel & The Colonial Country Club

Morgan was married this month so I can finally share a few of her bridal portraits.  I think sitting on photos that I love and want the world to see must be one of the hardest parts of my job.  I am not good at secrets so it drives me nuts when I cant share.  Morgan and her Mom met up with me at The Colonial Country Club for her bridal session and we also visited Robert Carr.  She wanted to spend time in her gown in places that her wedding would be so she could feel more comfortable with me and also the locations.  We had beautiful light and so much fun.  Her Mom cracked me up as she ran around Robert Carr counting the pews and thinking about how they would get their 333 guests in the chapel.  It was tight but we definitely managed on the wedding day.  Morgan’s Dad joined us at the end to see her all dressed up.  It was such a great time to get to know her family before the wedding and I felt so connected to them all at the wedding.  Wedding photos coming very soon!

Stacy & Brent Married! {Part 2 Moments} Ashton Depot & Marty Leonard Chapel in Fort Worth

Marty Leonard Chapel Fort Worth Texas Bride Groom Tracy Autem Photography

The above photo defines this couple for me.  Stacy and Brent are so loving and sweet and in this moment I saw.  After their first look in which Stacy cried and they were both so happy to finally see each other this happened.  Sarah Rizy had gone out into the chapel entry to invite the family inside so we could begin formal photos.  Concerned her make up was smeared, Brent took it upon himself to oh so carefully blot her eyes.  I just love the calmness and confidence Stacy had that he would not further smear it and the complete concentration Brent took to ensure his bride looked perfect.  That is love and why I do what I do.  Every day I shoot people I get to see, really see, who people are.  Here is Stacy & Brent’s wedding day, the moments that mattered and their highlights slide show.  Congratulations guys!  You know I love you  and am so glad I was there to share in your day.

Stacy broke out in tears the moment she passed the threshold of the chapel.

Together at last. This moment is why first look's bring me joy. This is what I believe all couples want to do when they finally see each other on the wedding day but most don't because they are in front of a crowd. Alone there is honesty in every action and I love it.

Mr & Mrs!

Moments after the ceremony are awesome and often I am the only one around to see. Here Brent sweetly kissed Stacy on the forehead and seconds later they were yelling and celebrating. All the emotions a wedding brings in just seconds.
In a loud parting limo I love this stollen quiet glance.

First dance as husband and wife at the beautiful historic Ashton Depot.

These two photos I love. Brent watching his bride with her father and then Stacy watching her groom with his Mom. Sometimes the best moment isn’t what every one is watching, it is what no one is.

Love this sad face while her step Father said a few words.

Dancing the night away!

Have some cake!
