Well, these two started their relationship on the dance floor at a wedding. Now they have officially danced the night away at their own wedding! It was a fun filled night at Mc David Studio inside Bass Hall with DJ Nate Nelson from LeForce keeping the party going! The ballroom was gorgeous with classic white and golds and mercury glass. There were small touches of Navy that added a darker element and the light and airy feel of the hall was perfect. Everyone had an amazing time!

Congrats Ashely & Josh! I can’t wait to see your story unfold!
I am SOOOO in love with the photos from Brooklyn & Eric’s wedding – these two just LOVE each other fiercely and when they are together you can see it clearly. As I hadn’t met Eric before the wedding this was my first chance to see these two together. All night long he kept her in his arms, smiles on their faces and LOTS of kisses. For romantic portraits of the two of them we headed to a nearby outdoor spot where we had great architectural lines and some greenery. As the party got under way Brooklyn and her Daddy’s special dance stole the show – their choreographed fun routine showed off not only their mad dance moves but how much he cherishes his little girl. During the reception everyone danced and had a festive time.
Thank you to all the vendors who made Brooklyn & Eric’s day beautiful:
Brooklyn & Eric were married at Bass Hall in the Van Cliburne & McDavid Studios. The atmosphere as we prepared for the wedding was full of laughter & fun. The little girls were so precious as they had their hair and make up done just like the big girls! One thing is certain that this day was full of smiles – from as Brooklyn dressed to during the ceremony it was such a happy day.
Thank you to all the vendors who made Brooklyn & Eric’s day so perfect:
Bass Hall was the perfect location for Brooklyn’s bridal portraits as her wedding was just across the street at McDavid Studio and the Van Cleburne Recital Hall. The light bright whites of the space made her detailed gown with textured skirt stand out. Brooklyn is a gorgeous girl with a big heart and a stunning smile. She came to work with me through a friends referral and although we only chatted on the phone before her bridal session I already felt so connected to her. It was awesome to meet her in person and get to know her a bit before her wedding day. She found her wedding dress at Bliss Bridal Salon in Fort Worth.
Tiffany and Justin met while he was standing on tables, playing his Bass and being highly energetic at a concert he was playing. Tiffany’s brother is a part of that band and Justin’s crazy outgoing personality caught Tiffany’s eye. Now these two are parents to a gorgeous little boy and married! Wanting to merge Tiffany’s love for bling, all things Fort Worth and TCU and Justin’s rockstar vibe the stage at Bass Hall was the perfect place for these two to say I do. With a ceremony on the stage and guests seated in the theater it was a dramatic event. After the vows the guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the Grand Lobby before being escorted back into the hall for a fine reception on the stage itself! During the reception fun was had by all as Justin and his buds took the stage for a short set with their band and Glenn Roush kept the party going the rest of the night. Super Frog was on site to dance it up with all the guests and take photos. We had such a great time celebrating along side this family!

Amy & John Paul are a super fabulous couple that I LOVED spending their wedding day with. They treated me like one of the family and all of their guests and friends were filled with happiness to see these two tie the knot! The best part of their wedding may have been Issac, Amy’s son, who totally stole the show. From walking his mom down the aisle to a special moment in the ceremony where he received a special dragon charm (his favorite creature.) It is great to see not only a man and woman totally in love, made for each other but how they both considered their marriage and that it wasn’t just about them, it was about family. The family vibe started early as the couple prepared in their home with Issac and surrounded by friends. It was so casual and easy going – even though they were together Amy kept her final reveal a secret until the church where John saw her for the first time in the Marty Leonard Chapel. Then after some time alone Issac was invited in to see his Mommy in her gown. All day long the theme was purple, from flowers to table cloths and even chargers. It was so perfectly done with complementing shades adding depth and interest to the monochromatic theme. This fabulous day was pulled together by the work of an amazing line up of vendors:
Angela was a beautiful bride a few weeks ago at City Club of Fort Worth. I loved her dresses fine detailing with a voluminous skirt and bow at the waist. It was the most perfectly preppy ball gown I have ever seen. Angela found her dress at Bliss Bridal. We decided on Bass Hall for her bridals due to its clean lines, bright white color scheme and classic elegance. Her bouquet was provided by Tami Winn Events.
Today BreAnne is getting married so I can reveal this super fun bridal session I photographed for her earlier this month. Although I am not a part of her wedding day I was so privileged to be asked to photograph a maxed out bridal session – 4 hours and 2 very different looks that just make me smile, grin and well honestly, a happy dance! BreAnne is a dream to photograph and knows how to move and rock her fabulous Vera Wang gown. Thanks to Tami Winn Events for sending this doll my way and for providing a gorgeous floral bouquet and headpiece. At her families ranch we hit the pasture with their horse, Gray. Mom and Dad came along for the ride and served as dress and horse wranglers. We may have picked the windiest day in May for this photo shoot but we worked it and used to our advantage. Gray was a good sport but then after we let him loose we had one of those God moments where he and his fellow horses were all lined up eating grass RIGHT behind BreAnne. In addition we photographed inside Bass Hall for some luxe glamour to give a little balance. With some dramatic light and the naturally amazing backdrop of the theater it was perfection. Thanks BB and your family for including me in your wedding journey!
Angela and Chad are getting married in 1 month at City Club of Fort Worth and I can’t wait! These two met at a local restaurant where they became friends before starting to date. They are a great pairing and bring out the best in each other. During their session we hit Sundance square and a few spots downtown where Angela wore a super fun bold stripe skirt. After we took it to a little more casual and headed over to Fairmount Old Home Supply. There we had some fun and some distractions as a family and their very nude little boy made us all laugh. I must say it was a tad awkward but the laughs that it caused were worth it. One of the other (clothed) children makes a cameo in their photos riding past on his tricycle. It is definitely a session I will not soon forget. See you two in a few short weeks! -Tracy
After a pretty awesome start to the day we decided to keep it up and start the party! Before entering their reception at McDavid Studio in Bass Hall we took a few moments alone for portraits of Richelle and Travis at Bass Hall overlooking sundance square and the old church. Then it was time to PARTY! They did it right all night with amazing food, great tunes and a full dance floor. We had so much fun with them it came to an end all to soon! Read on for more of their spectacular day!
Huge Thank you to the following vendors for making their wedding day complete!

Richelle and Travis had a choreographed first dance so we had to get a little practice in at the Grand Hall to make sure they could do all their tricks in their wedding attire.
I think Richelle may have hit Travis in the face, just maybe. 🙂
They did it! Lift and all it was a priceless first dance and performed well!
A touching welcome and toast from Dad.
Cake cutting and feeding got a little crazy.
Anniversary dances are always so cool when the couple that has been married the longest is your grandparents. So sweet and she gave Grandma her bouquet.
Now normally phones are no no’s on your wedding day BUT you have to get in a call to the Grandma that couldn’t make it! Here Richelle is telling her Oma how perfect everything is, it was the most adorable moment.
Late night snacks anyone? Catering by the always yummy City Club.
After their exit they hopped into their carriage and then tossed the bouquet…..to her youngest, baby sister. Let’s hope she waits a LOOOOOONG time to get married!
