The night before their wedding, Carson and Campbell stepped into their ceremony space for the first time—just as the sun dipped low over Camp Waldemar. With the river glimmering nearby and emotions running high, we documented their wedding rehearsal and captured portraits that told the story of what was to come.

Carson embraced the moment in her own way—ditching tradition and choosing a soft yellow dress embroidered with delicate florals. Her look was joyful, effortless, and uniquely her. As she walked through the ceremony space, hand in hand with Campbell, there was a lightness to it all—a mix of nerves, excitement, and the deep knowing that tomorrow was the day.

Photographing the rehearsal allowed us to quietly capture connection: the glances, the deep breaths, the calm before the celebration. These portraits are more than just beautiful images—they’re a reflection of the love and anticipation that set the tone for the entire weekend.

By being there early, we were able to tell a fuller story—one that starts not with the walk down the aisle, but with the quiet moments of preparation and presence at Camp Waldemar.
