The rehearsal dinner is where the wedding weekend really begins — and where some of the most unguarded, genuinely joyful moments of the entire celebration happen.
Nobody is nervous yet. Everyone is just happy to be together. Families are meeting for the first time, old friends are catching up, and everyone gets to exhale for a moment before the beautiful chaos of the wedding day begins. I love photographing these gatherings because the emotion is real and completely unstaged. Just people who love each other, together in one room.
