It’s wedding week for Hannah & Blake, and we couldn’t let it pass without sharing a few favorites from their city-inspired engagement session in downtown Fort Worth!

We started near Sundance Square. We used the classic architecture of the Fort Worth Courthouse as a backdrop. Then, we moved through the city streets as the light softened into sunset. This session was intentionally planned to end after dark, giving us the chance to switch gears and create some fun, direct-flash images with an edgy, cool vibe—something a little different from the usual golden-hour glow.

One of the best parts of this session was how collaborative it felt. Hannah had a clear vision for her photos. By communicating her style and preferences ahead of time, we were able to plan something unique to her and Blake. She also trusted us completely—so when we suggested heading to the newly renovated Sheraton near downtown for a few indoor shots, she was all in. That trust made it possible to create a set of images that felt fresh, fashionable, and totally them. We can’t wait to celebrate with them at their wedding this week at The Crescent!
