Dramatic ball-gown bridal portrait at the Rosewood Mansion, Dallas

Sydney’s Bridal Portraits at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

Bridal Portraits

Sydney’s bridal portraits took us to the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, and what a setting it was. We photographed both inside the hotel’s elegant, residential-style spaces and out on the grounds, making the most of everything this Dallas landmark has to offer.

One of my favorite parts of the session was Sydney’s gown. She wore a detachable train for some of her portraits, transforming her trumpet-style dress into a full ball gown with all the drama — two completely different looks from one stunning gown.

Even better than the setting was the company. I had the best time hanging out with Sydney and her mom before the big day, soaking up those sweet, easy moments that make a bridal session so special. A big thank-you to the team at the Mansion for letting us explore the hotel and find every gorgeous corner.

It was the perfect calm before the celebration, and it left us counting down to her wedding day with Zach at Hotel Drover. Congratulations, Sydney!
