Michael planned a proposal that was simple, intentional, and completely personal.

He rented a private garden at the beautiful Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and planted flowers along with a handwritten note for Sarah to find. When the moment came, it was quiet, meaningful, and entirely focused on the two of them.

After she said yes, we stayed at the Arboretum and moved straight into their engagement session.

There’s something special about photographing a couple immediately after a proposal. The excitement is real. The smiles come easily. The energy is relaxed and joyful because there’s nothing left to plan in that moment — just celebration.

The gardens gave us layers of color and texture, but the best part was simply documenting Sarah and Michael as they soaked it all in together.
