When Trip decided to propose to Emma, he wanted it to feel meaningful, private, and beautifully personal—just like their relationship. With help from both of their families and a little guidance from us, he turned what Emma believed would be a quiet, elevated dinner into the surprise of her life – a romantic, candlelit proposal she’ll never forget.

Trip booked a private space at Bowie House, ensuring their moment would be just for them. Since their relationship has often meant meeting halfway during long-distance stretches, Emma was still completely surprised when she arrived.

We helped Trip find the perfect location, while their parents secretly set the scene—arranging soft candlelight and personal touches that reflected their love story. Bowie House elevated the occasion with thoughtful extras, including a vintage-inspired sweetheart cake and champagne on ice ready to toast the moment she said “yes.”

From the flicker of candles to the joyful surprise that followed, every detail was intentional. It wasn’t just a proposal; it was a heartfelt celebration planned with care by two families who love them deeply.
