My dear clients (and friends!) are having a BABY in just a few weeks.  Summer and Paul were married in February and decided it was time to start a family and by their one year anniversary they will be holding their sweet Preston.  Photographing my clients as they move on to the new stages of life are the COOLEST part of what I do.  I can’t wait to meet him and I am truly privileged that they have choose me to be with them on all these life changing events.  I feel like one of the family.  They joined me for our mini portraits last Saturday so we could capture her pregnancy.  Congrats guys!

We are so excited to announce the newest addition to the Tracy Autem & Lightly Photography Family. Gideon Matthew was born October 13 at 8:02 am . He weighed 9lbs and 3 oz and is 20.5 inches. I was so blessed to be there when Tracy and her husband got to hold their precious baby boy for the very first time and I wanted to share some of those images. Of course I couldn’t help but cry as I experienced their joy with them. We all truly are a family.

I love this family and this darling little girl.  Earlier this month I took photos of Avery Elizabeth solo but we had to get Dad and the grandparents in for some family photo action so we did another session last week.  It was great seeing Max, who I hadn’t seen since the wedding, and catching up with Jennifer’s parents.  They are just amazing people and I really enjoy their company.  Avery was a doll and showed off her new tricks.  In just 3 weeks it is amazing the changes a baby makes, now she was doing little baby push ups and rolling over like you wouldn’t believe.  Can’t wait to see her sitting and crawling around!  To view more photos and a slide show of their session head over to my sister studio and portrait brand, Lightly Photography.

Eden & Finnley are growing SO fast!  I can’t believe it was just 6 months ago that I photographed their newborn session at Trish & Scott’s house.  It was amazing to see how they have developed and how different they are from one another as well.  I am sure by their one year birthday they will have me running after them!  This cuties are to die for and they did so good for me despite the heat at the Botanic Gardens a few weekends ago.  Here are some favorites from their second session of their Baby’s First Year Package.  To view more photos check out the Lightly Photo Portrait blog where you can always find my non wedding portraits as well as work from my team.

This October we will be welcoming a new little one to the Autem Family!  Alexander will be a big brother and a fabulous one at that.  He already practices with his Bob the Builder “baby” doll and loves to feed anything that moves.  We are so very excited about it and will of course be sharing photos of my growing belly and the little Neeboo (pronounced Knee – boo).  Alex was Weeboo so this baby has taken on the name Neeboo until we find out what they are later in May.  What do you think I will have???

LOVE this photo.  As happy as I know he will be to be a BIG brother other times he will feel like this.     I sympathize, JW and I are both the oldest siblings in our families.
