Sarah & Derek were married at a private residence on Lake Tahoe. This spectacular location had amazing views, lake front access and the perfect little green to say I do! This rustic elegant wedding was so beautiful! Sarah and her Mom, Ima Jean, did an amazing job pulling together every single details for this intimate affair. This couple knew they wanted to keep it small and it was so sweet because just their closest family was in attendance. Sarah prepared upstairs while Derek got ready downstairs – with just a staircase between them I had to make sure they stayed in their places! Sarah’s airy skirt and gorgeous detailed bodice was beautiful on here and her cascading curls and unique headpiece made the look! Derek was dapper in winter suiting with textured layers and colors. During the ceremony, officiated by Sarah’s sister in law, everyone was smiling – including me! Tears were totally shed by this lady behind the camera as they vowed to love one another – and all of Sarah’s animals and even Derek’s ducks! These two are so perfectly suited for each other – it just warms my heart they found one another. Over an intimate dinner they danced with each other and their parents as the sun set.
