Judy & Shawn {Engaged} Dallas Avanti Fountain and Deep Ellum

We first met Judy and Shawn at a local wedding show and from that meeting I just loved their personalities and their wedding theme – peacock with a little bit of Irish charm. Why Irish charm? Because they are getting married on the luckiest day of the year, St. Patty’s Day! We met up on a very blustery day for some fun by the Avanti Fountain in Dallas and then hit some of my favorite walls in Deep Ellum. Judy and Shawn came armed with a variety of fun props with my favorite being a massive peacock tail…ok, we didn’t parade around down town with peacock feathers on our behinds but we used a few feathers from Judy’s friend’s peacock costume. You had to see it to understand and OH how I wish I had the foresight to get a picture of me lugging it around. We had a good time laughing and Judy had some great ideas for pictures and I was happy to oblige. Best part of the session was Shawn REALLY wanting photos by orange doors, I love when groom’s have opinions and express them. See you guys in a few short months!
