Erin is just one of those girls who is stunning – big beautiful eyes, great figure, pretty smile and a sweetheart to the core. She selected the perfect gown for her that hugged her body in all the right places and felt classic and clean in style. The dress was accented with a dazzling sash and I am kind of in love with her head piece. I think my words when she pulled it out of the box were: I wish all my brides would wear something like this! Why? Because it so perfectly fit with her dress, her hair style and made her look feel so special once she removed the veil. Plain old hair combs are pretty but THIS was special! Scroll down for some closer photos showing her cascading comb…..ahhhhh. LOVE. Well, enough about a hair comb – this girl was married 2 weeks ago at St Patricks Cathedral and The Modern Art Museum so her wedding images will be making a splash soon. Shout out to fabulous hair by Renn Traylor!

March 29, 2015 Kelly – Bridal Portraits at Bass Hall
This wedding was spectacular and as I am getting ready to share Kelly & Gerry’s big day I just had to sneak in a few of her bridal portraits at Bass Hall. Kelly found this classic and fitted gown at Neiman Marcus – it perfectly complements are simple and elegant style. The veil makes the gown with lace trim and a cathedral length that I just fell head over heals with! Kelly’s look is completed with a classic white bouquet by Tami Winn Events and hair and makeup by Halo Salon. Be on the look out for her fun TCU wedding this week!
February 4, 2015 Brooke – Bridal Portrait at Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek
Brooke was a stunning bride for her December wedding and she rocked her gorgeous dress from Stardust Celebrations at her bridal portraits at The Mansion at Turtle Creek earlier last year. Her lace gown was perfectly accented with the delicately trimmed veil. Her hair and makeup team, Tracy Melton, stayed on site during her shoot and we did a quick hair change from down to up. It is so hard to decide on a hair style for the big day and Brooke was able to see both before selecting the half up half down look for her wedding. The flowers from Bella Flora complimented the lace details and made her look complete. Brooke & Justin’s wedding was a super fun one to end the year in 2014. If you missed it check out her wedding blogs: Ceremony & Reception at Piazza in the Village.
December 2, 2014 Amanda – Bridal Portraits at The Mansion at Turtle Creek
Amanda & John were married before Thanksgiving so today I can finally break these out and share them with the world! I LOVE this dramatic first image, it is actually the photo Amanda chose for display at her wedding. I love its simplicity yet great use of light. The Mansion at Turtle Creek has become a client favorite for bridal portraits this year and I am never disappointed when they select it. The balance between the outdoor images and the drama and classic feelings inside were perfectly paired with this bride’s classic style. Amanda has said since she was a little girl gloves would be a must at her wedding and she didn’t change her mind. I think they are perfect with her gown and her personality. Congrats Amanda and very soon your wedding photos will be making an appearance!

November 17, 2014 Tracey & Luis – Wedding at Thistle Springs Ranch
Tracey and Luis are too cute for words and I am head over heals with this first photo, after kissing at the altar and twice in the aisle on their way out they still immediately kissed and embraced once out of sight from all their guests. I think that is a record! 4 kisses in a matter of seconds, these two couldn’t keep away from each other once they were finally together! Before they were married though we had a blast getting ready and getting down the aisle. From the moment I walked into the room Tracey was all smiles! Since prior to the wedding Tracey was not able to do bridal portraits we took some time out before the ceremony and hiked over to a treed area by the water for some stunning photos of her alone in her Bliss Bridal gown. Luis and his boys prepped in the loft where his brother helped him get dressed and he got a touch teary reading the note Tracey wrote him. During the ceremony it was Tracey’s turn to get teared up and Luis, the gentleman that he is, wiped her tears away. They really could not be more adorable and in love!
Check back tomorrow for their reception and wedding slide show!
