Caroline – Bridal Portraits at the Historic 512Fort Worth, TX (formerly historic YWCA)

Tracy Autem 2015

Caroline is married and off in Hawaii celebrating her marriage to Taylor.  She truly looked stunning on her wedding day – like a Hollywood Starlet.  Her gown just is the epitome of classic, I don’t believe anyone will ever be able to pin point the year of her wedding.  Her gown embodied the classic feelings of people like Grace Kelly and the  mantilla veil (borrowed from her sister) was the perfect accent.  Caroline truly looked like a modern day princess.  Bouquet is by Tami Winn Events.

My favorite part of her bridals though was a reveal of her look to Dad, Eric.  Often Daddy’s show up at bridal portraits and I always want to capture them seeing their daughters and make it special.  I had Eric wait outside then brought  him in for the big reveal.  It was magical.  When Eric walked her down the aisle Saturday and Taylor saw her for the first time it was just as perfect as he totally cried at the sight of his bride.  Congrats Caroline!  Enjoy the honeymoon!

Krista – Bridal Portraits at the Historic YWCA in Fort Worth & Trinity Park

Photo by Tracy Autem of Lightly Photography 2013 http://lightlyphoto.comKrista was married in November so I think it is about time I get to sharing her bridal portraits!  Her wedding was at the T&P Station in Fort Worth so the classic vintage look of the YWCA was the perfect compliment.  They have fabulous big windows that provide some pretty sweet light for portraits.  To add in a little natural flair we also visited Trinity Park.

Samantha & Jason {Married} Marty Leonard Chapel & Historic YWCA in Fort Worth

Samantha & Jason’s wedding was all about the sweetness.  They had the most perfect day at Marty Leonard Chapel and the Historic YWCA in down town Fort Worth.  Samantha prepared for her wedding day by taking a week off work.  To do wedding errands?  Well, kind of.  She had a baking marathon at her house leading up to the wedding as she supplied the delicious dessert bar with all home made goods from lemon cake pops to chocolate cake balls and peanut butter chocolate rice krispies.  It was all so good and beautifully crafted.  On the wedding day Samantha and Jason opted to do a “first look” and saw each other before the wedding.  As she walked down the aisle at the chapel to him there were smiles all around and it was just….ahhhhh.  We had a great time celebrating with them.  I wish you two the absolute best going forward!
