The night before Allison & Allen’s wedding at Marty Leonard Chapel and The Modern they were surrounded by friends and family for a rehearsal dinner and traditional tea ceremony at The Bird Cafe in Sundance Square. During the Tea Ceremony the couple shared with their grandparents, parents and aunts & uncles ways that they have encouraged or inspired them in marriage and life. It was so sweet to hear the things that Allison & Allen have learned living along side their wonderful families. These two are truly loved and in the wisdom they shared it was evident that they have soaked up much from their elders. At the end of the evening they welcomed all friends and family for welcome cocktails and we slipped away for a few quick rehearsal portraits on the square.
This Rehearsal dinner in Mckinney at The Venue at Lot 207 was stylish and so inviting. The family style table set up by Prop Maker set the tone and made the guests feel connected and welcome. Beautiful paper products by CW Designs. Check out all the pretty and then some awesomely cute moments as the couple was toasted by their family and friends. Check back tomorrow for their wedding at Mitas Hill Vineyard.
This fun Mexican themed wedding rehearsal dinner at La Puertita at Joe T. Garcias in Fort Worth was fun and vibrant. I loved al the sweet little nods to a classic hispanic fiesta, especially the tiny burro pinatta’s! So cute! Tami Winn Events made this historic church building inviting and fun. Paper products by Paper Planet. Best part of the night though was Taylor’s toast to his wife to be. As he spoke to Caroline there wasn’t many dry eyes in the room. He told her how she was more than he had hoped for, how much he loved her.

I am just bursting with anticipation to share the wedding of Meghan and Cody. But as I am hard at work finishing up their wedding day I wanted to give a sneak peek of their emotion filled weekend. The night before their wedding I joined them for their rehearsal at Bass Hall and dinner following at Del Frisco’s Steak house. It was a night of good food and lots of laughs as these two prepared for their marriage.
Above is their amazing invitation by Simply Luxe. Arriving in a beautiful box, wrapped with a bow inside you found that attention was taken for every single detail. I believe an invitation should set the mood and the expectation for a wedding, and this one certainly did that!
While I was in Hawaii I didn’t just photograph this great couples nuptials but several events from a welcome dinner at a Japanese Tea House, their rehersal Luau and of course their trash the dress session. Before I reveal their wedding day images I wanted share a little bit more of their journey in Hawaii to the altar.
