Richelle and Travis had a choreographed first dance so we had to get a little practice in at the Grand Hall to make sure they could do all their tricks in their wedding attire.

I think Richelle may have hit Travis in the face, just maybe.  🙂

They did it!  Lift and all it was a priceless first dance and performed well!

A touching welcome and toast from Dad.

Cake cutting and feeding got a little crazy.

Anniversary dances are always so cool when the couple that has been married the longest is your grandparents.  So sweet and she gave Grandma her bouquet.

Now normally phones are no no’s on your wedding day BUT you have to get in a call to the Grandma that couldn’t make it!  Here Richelle is telling her Oma how perfect everything is, it was the most adorable moment.

Late night snacks anyone?  Catering by the always yummy City Club.

After their exit they hopped into their carriage and then tossed the bouquet…..to her youngest, baby sister.  Let’s  hope she waits a LOOOOOONG time to get married!

Katie & Nicholas – Wedding at Good Shepherd Catholic Church

Katie and Nicholas were married at Good Shepherd Catholic Church and we were so excited to be able to spend the day with them and their precious families.  Kicking off the day with preparations at the church I was thrilled that Nick had chosen to wear his dress uniform.  He is a Marine and I love how regal and elegant the uniform is.  Katie was decked out in a gown from Bliss Bridal that fit her impeccably and had elegant crystal detailing.  Their full mass ceremony was filled with beautiful words and devotion.  The couple stole glances at one another through out the ceremony, smiling and laughing at the Priests remarks.  Before heading to the Fort Worth Omni Hotel to celebrate we took some time out for bridal portraits as well as a few of Nick (can’t leave out he boys!).  Check back tomorrow for more of their elegant red and white winter reception planned and put together by the always fabulous Tami Winn Events!

A Wedding Soiree at City Club Fort Worth for DFW’s best wedding planners

City Club hosted an amazing wine paired soireefor some of the best wedding planners in the DFW area. We had a fabulous time meeting some new faces as well as enjoy time with planners we work with frequently. City Club is one of our favorite places in Fort Worth and it looked amazing with flower arrangements by LeFleur Couture, Bridal Blooms, and Arrangements by Mary Parks. Furniture was provided by May I Serve U and lighting by It’s Your Night Entertainment with music provided by Randal Stout Entertainment and iEntertainment. The dinner was amazing as Chef Gilbert never disappoints. Dinner was followed with yummy treats from the always delicious Creme de la Creme. The dining, drinking and mingling was captured on film by Turquoise Video.

Jennifer & Chad – Wedding at Arborlawn Methodist Church with Reception at the Fort Worth Modern Art Museum

Jennifer and Chad were married on a very rainy day in August at Arborlawn Methodist Church with a reception to follow at The Modern Art Museum.  Jenn is sweet as pie and just has one of those bubbly personalities that brings a smile to your face.  Chad is the chill and laid back guy that makes you feel at ease.  These two are the perfect balance for one another and I loved spending the day with them.  It may have rained but it let up before their farewell allowing us to go downtown for some photos before calling it a day.   Thanks to all the vendors who made their day so picture perfect:

I’m almost sad this is my last post from this wedding.  BUT I can’t be sad about these awesome images and this super sweet couple!  Their reception was a perfect party and it came together with out a hiccup thanks to the guidance and planning of Tami Winn.  As the guests finished cocktails in the grand lobby they were ushered back into Founders Theater to see the  curtain raised and a marvelous reception awaiting them on stage.  With guest musician, Texas Country star Corry Morrow, Meghan and Cody danced their first dance and kicked off a night of celebration.

The grand lobby of Bass Hall set with rented furnishings welcomed guests during cocktail hour.

The textured bouquet complimented Meghan’s gown.

This stunning large scale cake by Creme de la Creme made a statement across the room and tasted delicious.

Paper detailing by Simply Luxe from menu’s to these special signs were simply perfect.

A well executed vision by Tami Winn Event and the team of vendors she selected for a fairy tale wedding day.

Chandelier’s from Beyond created ambiance and depth in the space.

Country singer, Corry Morrow, singing Brand New Me during their first dance.

Some photos I love because they are beautiful, cool light, romantic.  BUT this image just tugs at my heart.  I loved seeing the connection between this couple and their families as they prayed before dinner.  I hope this strength remains with them always.

Meghan & Cody Wedding – Prep & Ceremony at Bass Hall Founders Concert Theater

Meghan and Cody are married!  They are on there way home from their honeymoon in Italy so I am beyond excited to be sharing the photos as they arrive home.  I met up with Meghan at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in downtown Fort Worth for preparations before heading to Bass Hall for her nuptials.  She took time to relax and be closest to those she loves most like her Mom and she was transformed into a beautiful bride.  Cody and his men prepared in the Green Room at Bass Hall.  Cody was joined by his parents, brother & groomsmen.  In the theater the lights dimmed and the wedding began, as Meghan prepared to walk down the aisle the spotlight hit the back of the room and she entered.  It was silent as she walked toward the stage on the arm of her Dad and Cody shed a few tears as he saw his bride.  Their ceremony was full of sweetness and everyone rejoiced as they kissed and were pronounced man and wife.

Meghan & Cody Rehearsal – Bass Hall & Del Frisco’s Steakhouse

I am just bursting with anticipation to share the wedding of Meghan and Cody. But as I am hard at work finishing up their wedding day I wanted to give  a sneak peek of their emotion filled weekend.  The night before their wedding I joined them for their rehearsal at Bass Hall and dinner following at Del Frisco’s Steak house.  It was a night of good food and lots of laughs as these two prepared for their marriage.

Above is their amazing invitation by Simply Luxe.  Arriving in a beautiful box, wrapped with a bow inside you found that attention was taken for every single detail.  I believe an invitation should set the mood and the expectation for a wedding, and this one certainly did that!

Breanne & Jarred – Reception at Ashton Depot

Breanne & Jarred’s wedding day was completed with one amazing party at The Ashton Depot.  We had everything from mini pies, delicious cakes to a flash mob!  That’s right, a flash mob (My first one ever at a wedding!)  It was completely fun and made even more perfect by their team of vendors including:

Their color scheme in yellows, oranges and touches of browns and gray’s was completely elegant and was perfect at Ashton Depot.

Paper product Love!

Bre & Jarred wanted to remind their guests to give back.  So their favor and seating card included a hand made pouch with seeds to encourage them to invest and plant in missions.

Amazing shot from above by our intern Sarah!

Their first dance.

It was this little guy’s first birthday so they shared in the fun with him by presenting him with a special cupcake!

Just love how Jarred is looking at Breanne’s Dad during his welcome speech.

A family that prays together will be strong indeed and so therefore I just melt at the sight of this image.

This couple run the mission in Hati where the couple first met and they traveled to Texas just for their wedding.  So Cool!

I think they liked the Flash Mob.

We always have to steal away a few moments at sunset.

All smiles when she is in his arms!
